I had the very great pleasure of meeting Mr. Ben Kure, the Parts and Service Manager of Premier Toyota, North Platte, Nebraska. Ben was absolutely spectacular when addressing our car issue and resolving it.
Ben’s personality, his calm confidence, as well as his willingness and ability to address our situation was very impressive. His handling of our car problem left me completely impressed with this young man.
While traveling from New York to Utah, we stayed overnight in Kearney, Neb. In the morning when I started the car, the “check engine light” came on along with a message to visit your dealer. Instead of retracing our route for an hour, we decided to forge ahead to the closest Toyota Dealer, which was in North Platt, Neb., an hour and 15 minutes away.
while enroute, we called and were assured by Ben that it was reasonably safe to drive the car, as long as the Check Engine Light was not flashing. When we reached the dealership, Ben quickly brought the car in and diagnosed the issue and reassured us that the issue could be resolved after reaching Salt Lake City.
It is important to appreciate Ben did this, as a courtesy to us, traveling through, while having multiple people in the dealership having cars worked on!
