The best car buying experience I could imagine. This place has awards in their lobby and on their business cards and I can see why. Everything was personal, thoughtful, and had no trace of the typical car buying experience. Both times I called before arriving, someone answered the phone immediately and was super friendly and helpful. They knew exactly what they had in stock and all about the vehicles, which is uncommon for dealerships I’ve discovered. The GM David Lawrence was who we worked with the most. He had the car ready to test drive immediately when I arrived, then sat inside with me after and answered any questions I had. He made the payment process a breeze, and was friendly and patient the whole time, despite being understaffed that day. There was never the typical salesman questions of trying to gauge the customer, or upsell them on things they don’t need. Garod Remus from the nearby Chevy dealership was over helping that day, and finished our transaction with us once we returned to pay. He was also thorough, patient, friendly, and urged us to call whenever we had questions about the car or payment process. Finally sales specialist Kade Lawrence sat in the car with me after purchasing, answering any final questions, helping me hook the car up to the app, and understanding all of the electronics. I never felt rushed, yet the process was so smooth and quick, with the most helpful and friendly people—thank you!
