A+ service as a traveler! We were heading east on I-80, and our check engine light lit up. We called ahead from western Nebraska, and Ben Kurre asked that we stop by when we hit the North Platte exit. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and had us back on track in just a few minutes. My wife and I were driving from California to Minnesota. Near North Platte our check engine light came on. There was no Lexus dealer, so we pulled into Premier Toyota. We met the general manager, who hooked our car to the computer. He said our problem was not bad, and he reset sensors. I tried to pay him, but he said, “No charge.” I even tried to give him money for lunch. Nope. You can’t believe our appreciation for Premier Toyota. I would deal with this business in a heartbeat. What a great place to fix car! I was on my way from east cost to West driving my 2011 Prius and somewhere in Iowa my cruise-control just give it up. Moreover on dash panel begin lightening different signs. First, I was in shock because i needed drive 1500 miles more . What to do - should i go immediately to service or i can still can drive . I decided to went shop at North Platte, NE. David Lawrence, General Manager of Premier Toyota reassured me that they will find problem and send my car to garage immediately. After one hour of waiting they returned my car and he explained to me that car needs replace "right rear wheel speed sensor". Unfortunately, they don't have it but can order. Also, it is safe to drive only one problem - I cannot use cruise-control. With this words I continue my journey safely to Las Vegas where i can fix my Toyota at Toyota dealer. My big thank you for perfect customer service and great achievements

Toyota care is supposed to include a multipoint inspection. This dealership did not perform this. I called them on it and they did not deny it. Gave service manager a chance to make it right and mail me a filter and I’d install it myself. He said he would. That was 2 months ago. Nothing. One star is too generous.

Drove 4.5 hrs from Colorado Springs to trade in our 2015 Sienna FWD on a 2019 Sienna AWD. The Sales Manager, David, was extremely responsive and willing to negotiate a deal! Amazingly smooth transaction over text/email…only took 10 minutes in person before we were back on the road to Colorado Springs.

I never thought I would make a purchase with a dealer again. Had purchased with a car broker in Denver for my prior 3 cars, but this time that broker could not find the exact car I wanted. Enter David Lawrence with Premier Toyota in North Platte. This guy is the real deal! Straight forward, easiest car purchase ever. One week after buying our first car with David (a used 2023 Toyota) it was totaled in an accident. I didn't see the replacement car we wanted in Premier Toyota inventory so off to the broker and Denver dealers I went. What a waste of time, they all wanted me to "come on down and talk about what I was looking for" or "we can probably get that car but you're 5 months out minimum." So for the heck of it I called David and told him about the accident as on a wing and a prayer told him what we were hoping to find as a replacement. Less than two hours later, honestly less than two hours David called back and said he had located the exact car and could trade one in his inventory for it. OMG unreal, I would say give David a call and at least give him a chance to help you. No pressure, easy going call, like stepping back in time! The drive from Denver is easy and soooo worth it. in both cases we were in and out in under 30 minutes at the exact price quoted (fees were far less than Denver dealerships btw) without out any hassle. I cannot believe I'm willing to recommend a dealer but I will absolutely go back if we find any car need again.

The best car buying experience I could imagine. This place has awards in their lobby and on their business cards and I can see why. Everything was personal, thoughtful, and had no trace of the typical car buying experience. Both times I called before arriving, someone answered the phone immediately and was super friendly and helpful. They knew exactly what they had in stock and all about the vehicles, which is uncommon for dealerships I’ve discovered. The GM David Lawrence was who we worked with the most. He had the car ready to test drive immediately when I arrived, then sat inside with me after and answered any questions I had. He made the payment process a breeze, and was friendly and patient the whole time, despite being understaffed that day. There was never the typical salesman questions of trying to gauge the customer, or upsell them on things they don’t need. Garod Remus from the nearby Chevy dealership was over helping that day, and finished our transaction with us once we returned to pay. He was also thorough, patient, friendly, and urged us to call whenever we had questions about the car or payment process. Finally sales specialist Kade Lawrence sat in the car with me after purchasing, answering any final questions, helping me hook the car up to the app, and understanding all of the electronics. I never felt rushed, yet the process was so smooth and quick, with the most helpful and friendly people—thank you!

Extremely disappointed in how this dealership treats its customers. I had my Toyota 4Runner had some issues on the way back home to Lincoln and I had it towed to get it checked out and get a diagnostic done it. After about two weeks of not hearing back from them I contacted them to see have they been able to find the issue and can they send me a estimate before they do any major work on it. After about two weeks of me going back and forth with them on the phone and they continue to lie to me and say they are going to email me over the estimate. I got fed up and decided to go pick up my 4Runner because I was tired of getting the run around for a entire month. When I go to pick up my vehicle I asked them where is the estimate they were supposed to email me and they said they don’t have a diagnostic or estimate for me. This has been the worst experience I have ever have at a Toyota dealership. If you are needing to get any help figuring out what happened to your vehicle DO NOT GO TO THEM they will waste your time.

Friendly staff! Passing through town, I noticed that my brake fluid was empty. Even though they were super busy they took the time to check my SUV. It wound up being very clear brake fluid and wasn’t low at all. Thank ya’ll for helping me. And making sure my kids and I were safe hauling our big trailer cross country!

Don't buy from this dealership alls they want is your money. The used car I bought had a bad motor. I never got to use the car because of the motor. I sold it for parts and lost over $2000 dollars on it. I have since bought another used car from Platte Valley Ford in Kearney and I would recommend them for there great service and honesty

I drove 282 mi from CO to get the truck I wanted, and the drive was worth it. David and Kobe were knowledgeable, and provided excellent service. My transaction was conducted quickly. It truly was the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had after having 20+ purchases. I will check with Premier first for any future vehicle needs.

We recently purchased a vehicle from Premier Toyota. Only, 4 months later we were to discover that the vehicle had extensive damage underneath that was patched up and never reported. We met with Garod Remus who is management position of both Jerry Remus Chevrolet and Premier Toyota. He told us that this vehicle should have never been sold by one of his dealerships and he offered to make it right. We did go back to look at what cars were available within the same price range of the one we bought. The manager we met with that day said, he understood Mr. Remus intentions were to make it “Right” then gave our car a grossly undervalued price. The worst part is that he insulted my intelligence as a woman. He told me I just don’t understand business and what he was offering was a good deal. Insulting a woman who has been in the business world isn’t good business. No man or women should ever be insulted that way! When an owner says he will make it right he should be a man of his word!

My wife and I were driving through town on 80 when we ran into some car troubles with our RAV4. Luckily, Premier Toyota was only a few miles away. We dropped the vehicle off and took a Greyhound bus back to Denver, calling the next morning that Premier was open to explain the situation. I cannot describe how awesome the customer service was here. It is almost tempting to make the 4.5 hour drive to have my vehicle serviced here going forwards, but sadly the logistics are just too difficult to make work. Ben Kurre in particular went above and beyond in helping me to navigate how to come pick up the vehicle once it was ready. I really can't thank the Premier Toyota team enough.

Premier Toyota and David absolutely rock!!!! Excellent service was provided by David and his team here at Premier Toyota. We were so lucky to have our car troubles during our road trip close by to this dealership. From start to finish we felt we were in great hands. Although we were not promised anything in terms of being able to resolve any issues found in the initial phone call, we were grateful that the skilled mechanics diagnosed the issues in a timely manner and was able to fix it for us. Turned out the issue was only a sensor in the air filter but we ended up also having spark plugs changed as that would be needed in another few thousand miles. We highly recommend David and his team for your car troubles or regular maintenance. They are trustworthy and kind hearted people.

Drive through town on my home to Idaho my car started to make an unpleasant rattling. A girls worst fear being that far from home. I stopped in at premier Toyota and they fixed a loose bolt for me free of charge. This was a huge relief and I am so thankful for their customer service! I even got to bring my dog inside while they fixed it.

We are so appreciative to everyone at Premier Toyota! We had trouble with our truck on our holiday trip and it was truly a blessing that we stopped here rather than anywhere else. They helped us know what the problem was quickly and even worked it out for us to be able to fix it on the way back. Thoroughly impressed by the man in finance. He was super nice and helpful. Keep him! He is an absolute hero. The salesman was also nice. Very knowledgeable. Only complaint is to listen to the customer as a salesman. I felt like I wasn’t heard. I think he was overwhelmed due to COVID. I knocked the heads off of 2 bolts holding on my heat shield. It sounded like the truck was gonna explode. I had to keep driving tho... stopped for gas saw the dealer and thought I'd stop in to see if they could tell me what kinda damage I was doing and if it was safe to keep going. 7am I drove up and saw 2 guys talking in the parking lot, 1 looked like a mechanic so i pulled up where they were standing hoping he'd take a listen. It turned out to be the lead mechanic and the super going over their busy day. To my surprise, they stopped what they were doing one shimmied under the truck on gravel, diagnosed the problem and told me to pull it on the lift he'd have me fixed in 10 minutes. While working he noticed I was due for an oil change, so he did it. 33 minutes later I was back on the road. They only charged me for an oil change. Then as I was paying and about to leave a little old lady brought homemade pie to thank them for helping her when she thought her car alarm was broken and they changed the batteries in her remote for her. They gave me pie for the road...
